1. Prices are subject to change with any increase/ Decrease in government taxes
2. We act solely as a travel agent & accommodation is chosen at your own risk
3. We recommend all Sunshine travels Guest should carry their travel insurance

Airport Transfers booked and paid to Sunshine Travels

Arrival
our representative will page guest name board at the airport lobby on arrival as per the flight details given to us by you. Any amendments to flight details will have to be informed 24 hours prior to arrival to our holiday hotlines +94 77-2-376-977

Departure
Our representative will call over at the hotel to pick you up according to the flight details given by you. Any amendments to flight details will have to be informed 24 hours prior to arrival to our holiday hotlines +94 77-2-376-977
We will not accept any responsibility or liability in case of transfers provided by a third party.
4. Customer must pay all bank charges in case of bank transfer/Credit card transfer.
5. Complaints:

6. Amendments:
If should you need to make any amendments to your reservation, please contact us with your unique Booking ID. If your reservation was made through a Travel Agent, please contact your Travel Agent.

Any changes or amendments on completed bookings are subject to USD 25/= as administration charges. + Charges (if applicable) according to the hotel cancellation policy.

7. Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions, industrial disputes, terrorist action or threat of war.

8. Cancellation by You
All cancellation should reach Sunshine Travels in writing and all cancellation are subject to USD 25 administration charge.

a. Cancellation less than 21 days prior to check-in date will be NO charged
b. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to check-in date will be charged 25%
c. Cancellation less than 7 days prior to check-in date will be charged 75%
d. Cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in date will be charged 100%
e. Late arrivals / Early Departures / No-shows – No Refund
9. Cancellation by Us

we reserve the right to cancel your holiday because of unforeseen circumstances. In this event we will return all money paid by you and, wherever possible, we will offer an alternative hotel of similar features. We cannot be held liable for any incidental expenses that you may incur during arrangements for a holiday that is subsequently cancelled by us.

We Request a 50% Deposit upon the confirmation which is NON refundable if Informed at the last moment, and the Balance 50% to be paid before the Arrival date (this could be flexible we could either collect it on Arrival at the Airport)
